Kristen determined a listing price, and prepared a global marketing strategy to get the property sold at a fair price. Within about month, we were under contract with a cash offer, and Kristen was able to negotiate an excellent sale price for the property. I feel if I’m going to pay about the same for any realtor I hire, why not hire one of the very top realtors in Nevada and the country. The results, and it being an enjoyable process working with Kristen indicates I was correct. Kristen kept in touch with me throughout the whole process, and made everything pretty much stress free and seamless which was great because of my busy schedule.
